Worsham Brothers was honored to partner with The Baddour Center, an extraordinary 120-acre residential community in Senatobia, Mississippi, dedicated to enriching the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities. As part of the Center’s “Building the Best Life” campaign, this project focused on the transformation of Sunshine Cove, a newly envisioned neighborhood designed to promote independence, safety, and connection.

Working alongside design partner AERC, PLLC, Worsham Brothers completed over 20,000 square feet of residential improvements in Phase 1. The work included the renovation of three buildings and the creation of 27 private bedrooms, thoughtfully integrated into shared living spaces that encourage both independence and a strong sense of community.

The Baddour Center and its Design Consultants engaged Worsham Brothers early in the design process to assist with pre-construction services. This collaborative approach allowed The Baddour Center to stay on track with the project schedule from design to construction. Additionally, Worsham Brothers’ partnership with the design consultants allowed them to establish financial saving opportunities early in the project.

As the Construction Manager, Worsham Brothers was able to deliver this project to the Owner within 7 months of commencing work. This swift project delivery could be attributed to Worsham Brothers’ collaboration with its Trade Partners, Design Consultants, and Ownership Team.
