Site Safety

A successful project starts with Safety. We have empowered our team to say something if they see something unsafe. We want everyone that visits our project to feel safe.  

Comprehensive Scheduling

Prior to and during the project, Worsham Brothers is constantly updating project schedules, whether they are short interval schedules or overall project schedules. Managing our project teams to milestones are critical to our continued success in finishing projects on time.

Sequencing of Work

Without proper sequencing, a schedule is just a piece of paper. Even prior to procurement of trade partners, Worsham Brothers is already discussing how the project is to be built. As we begin to bring our trade experts onboard these sequencing conversations begin to get more granular. The conversations are constantly taking place during our pre-installation meetings and weekly subcontractor calls.

Project Organization

After safety, the next most critical piece of a successful project is an organized project. We believe a clean project is a safe project. Organization prevents damaged materials, long travel times across project sites to pick up material and disruption to ongoing facility operations throughout construction.

Subcontractor Coordination

Throughout the construction process, Worsham Brothers is constantly coordinating with our trades to resolve issues quickly. Worsham Brothers is able to avoid lost time and re-work through constant coordination. The long lasting relationships with our trade partners, due to organized and coordinated projects, ultimately allow for project success for all key stakeholders.

Owner/Architect Communication

Worsham Brothers is proud that over 75% of our business is from repeat customers.  As simple as it may sound, communication is how we are able to achieve this high return rate.  We are constantly communicating with our Owners to communicate realistic timelines and multiple solutions when challenges arise. Our weekly and monthly reporting is used to communicate with the Owners and design professionals that have entrusted Worsham Brothers to manage their large investments.

Document Control

Management of construction documents is just as critical as an organized site. Worsham Brothers utilizes Procore as a project management software to facilitate:
