No matter how early the idea, Owner’s “back-of-the-napkin” ideas can come together schematically early on in the design-build phase.

Worsham Brothers and our design partners help identify potential problems well before issues truly become problems. By working with local, state, and federal AHJ’s, Worsham Brothers gets ahead of things to understand what will be required of your project. Additionally, Worsham Brother’s and our consultants perform a number of site visits to evaluate the existing conditions of the site or space.

After schematic design and due diligence, this phase helps business owners identify where the costs are. In each design document phase, WBI will issue construction documents to the owner for their review until the owner is ready for construction.
