This “white-box” constructed a ground up pre-engineered metal building to establish Dollar Tree in Savannah, TN. The project included intensive site work to support Dollar Tree’s new location.



During this project, Worsham Brothers leveraged our relationship with the Star Building Systems and Cornerstone Building Products to create a cost effective building system that met Dollars Tree’s design guidelines and the Developer’s budget. Using Cornerstone’s corporate accounts, Worsham Brothers was able to not only capture savings for the Owner, but also expedite the building’s delivery to allow for the Owner to move in ahead of schedule.
